Trump to Put 25 Percent Tariffs on Autos, Drugs, and Chips | Business Matters (Feb. 19)

President Donald Trump has played his next move on tariffs.

The U.S. president said Tuesday that he plans to impose levies of about 25 percent on imported cars, and similar duties on drugs and chips. He says his actions on tariffs are already producing results.

Trump also said more details on auto tariffs would come on April 2, a day after Cabinet members are due to report to him on options for new measures.
