Blinken Advocates for ‘Humanitarian Pauses’ in Israel–Hamas War

During a day of meetings with officials in Israel on Friday, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken made a point of advocating for Israel to incorporate “humanitarian pauses” in its war with the Hamas terrorist organization. President Biden had called for such pauses on Thursday.
