Blinken, Austin Testify to Senate on Security Funding Request

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin testify to the Senate Appropriations Committee on President Biden’s $106 billion supplemental funding request at 9:30 a.m. ET on Oct. 31.

The bulk of the money will go to bolster Ukraine’s defenses and the remainder will be split among Israel, the Indo-Pacific, and border enforcement.
