Blinken: Russia-North Korea Military Cooperation ‘Increasingly Dangerous’

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned an audience at the 8th Annual CSIS Republic of Korea-United States Strategic Forum on Sept. 25 of the increasing potential threat of any Russia-North Korea military cooperation—both on the Korean peninsula and within the context of the war in Ukraine.
