Constitutional Carry Expands to 26 States; ATF Doing Warrantless Home Visits | Facts Matter

Over the past three years, 11 states have adopted constitutional carry, challenging the narrative of widespread gun control support. However, simultaneously, the federal government, particularly the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), is tightening gun restrictions.

The ATF is conducting warrantless surveillance, tracking Americans’ financial data and gun purchases, citing reasons like low income and legal firearm transactions for surveillance. They’ve also embarked on door-to-door campaigns to confiscate certain gun parts reclassified as illegal, like reset triggers for AR-15 rifles.

While states expand gun rights, the ATF’s actions have raised concerns about individual privacy and government overreach. This creates a paradox where state-level gun rights grow while federal-level regulations tighten.
