Decision Process ‘Contaminated’: Rep. Connolly Grills GSA Official on Allocation of New FBI Headquarters Site

During a House Oversight Committee hearing on Tuesday, Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.) grilled U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Administrator Robin Carnahan over the selection process she oversaw for choosing a site for the planned new FBI headquarters.

He said he wanted the inspector general of the GSA to look at the process and “how it could be so contaminated as to skew the ultimate decision.”
