European Business Confidence in China Hits New Low: Report | Business Matters (Sept. 11)

European businesses have reached a tipping point in China because of the state of its economy, according to the head of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. Two-thirds of companies surveyed by the European chamber say their profit margins in China are at or below the global average. Many European businesses are deciding that investing in China is not worth the risks.
