Intimidation Tactics Used to Force Schools to Comply with Transgender Ideology: Jonathan Hullihan

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Texas is being accused of using intimidation tactics to pressure schools into adopting the transgender agenda. This came to light recently after the Texas ACLU filed a complaint with the Department of Education against the Keller Independent School District. They did this because Keller required students to use the locker rooms and bathrooms that corresponded with their actual gender. No boys using the girls room, and no girls using the boys room. A conservative watchdog group, Citizens Defending Freedom, is backing the school district’s policy, and is alleging instead that the ACLU and other organizations are using intimidation tactics to force compliance.
