Jury Deadlocked in Trial of Former US Marine in Fatal Subway Choking

A New York jury is deadlocked on Dec. 6 in the trial of former U.S. Marine Daniel Penny over a fatal subway choking.

The judge sent the jury back to deliberate to try to reach an agreement.
