The Committee on the Present Danger: China (CPDC), a Washington-based think tank, will hold a webinar at 1 p.m. ET on Dec. 5, 2025, titled “Did the SEC Just Bail Out on Wall Street’s Bailing Out of the CCP?”
The discussion addresses growing concerns that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is enabling Chinese Communist Party–linked companies to access U.S. capital markets despite escalating cyber and national security threats.
