International High-Level Forum Marks Launch of IAEA’s ATLAS Initiative

An international high-level forum takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET and 2:30 to 6 p.m. ET on Aug. 26 in Washington, D.C., to launch ATLAS, featuring opening remarks, ministerial statements, and panel discussions on the safe, secure, and peaceful use of nuclear technologies at sea and international cooperation needed for their future deployment.
