Rubio, Witkoff in Paris to Discuss Ukraine, Iran With Europeans

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff are in Paris, where they plan to hold talks with French President Emmanuel Macron and French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot at 11 a.m. ET on April 17. The discussions will focus on finding common ground between the United States and Europe to end the Russia–Ukraine war and avert a conflict with Iran.
