New York Attorney General Letitia James on Sept. 21 announced a civil lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, the Trump Organization, and three of Trump’s adult children for alleged financial fraud. House lawmakers voted to pass a bill that will change the Electoral Count Act of 1887, which laid out rules for certifying presidential elections.
