Almost 26 million people have voted early as of Nov. 1, exactly one week from Election Day. Twitter says it has removed over 2,000 China-based accounts that stoke political division here in the United States. Chief Justice John Roberts halted a lower court order requiring the IRS to release former President Donald Trump’s tax returns to a congressional committee.
