Rep. Greene Asks If Blame for Border Crisis Goes to Mayorkas’ Execution or Biden’s Policy

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), a strong proponent of the movement to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, posed a question to Constitutional Law Professor Deborah Pearlstein at a House Committee on Homeland Security hearing on Thursday.

Ms. Greene asked whether President Joe Biden’s border policies were to blame for the crisis on the Southern border, or whether it was Secretary Mayorkas’ handling of the immigration crisis—both of which, Ms. Greene said, could warrant impeachment.
