The Supreme Court is now hearing oral testimony that could determine the fate of Obamacare. Texas is weighing whether the individual mandate, which penalized people for refusing to sign up for Obamacare, violates the constitution. And if this is found to be the case, there’s a push to label Obamacare unconstitutional in its entirety.
