San Francisco Plans to Target Illegal Street Vending

Following another retail theft at CVS, where 6 suspects are charged, San Francisco officials are cracking down on shoplifting and the selling of stolen items on the streets. SFPD would have the ability to cite sellers on the streets who are selling items without permits.
