Hildreth Sr.; Johns Hopkins School of Nursing at Baltimore, Md., Dean Sarah Szanton; Ochsner Health at New Orleans, La., Chief Academic Officer Leonardo Seoane; and Dartmouth College at Hanover, N.H., Prof. Douglas Staiger will provide testimony.
