Supreme Court Asked to Overturn Ruling by 20 Attorneys General | Facts Matter

Earlier this week, the attorneys general of 20 different states filed a briefing with the U.S. Supreme Court, asking them to fix a major loophole that’s currently being exploited by homeless encampments across the United States.

This briefing, as well as the case that it’s attached to, has the potential to finally fix the homeless encampment problem that’s been plaguing America for the past five years.
