Supreme Court Declines Challenge After Stunning Appeal Reversal | Facts Matter

The U.S. Supreme Court made a decision Tuesday that was quite surprising to most people who follow the court closely.

Despite overturning affirmative action in June 2023, the court declined to hear an appeal by an organization that had filed a federal lawsuit against a local school board, alleging that the board’s policy changes directly discriminated against Asian Americans.
