Trump Attends Hearing in NY Hush Money Case

A hearing is set for Feb. 15 in former President Donald Trump’s criminal case in New York on charges of falsifying business records to cover up a hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Justice Juan Merchan is expected to decide on a possible change to the March 25 trial date at the hearing, as well as decide on the parties’ pre-trial motions. President Trump is expected to appear at the hearing. The hearing is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. ET on Feb. 15.
