‘Unbelievable Waste’: Sen. Scott on Biden Admin’s COVID-Era Spending

At a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on “Examining Federal COVID-Era Spending and Preventing Future Fraud” on Tuesday, Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) enumerated a host of programs that the Biden administration spent the COVID relief funds on, but had nothing to do with “saving people’s lives.”

Voters in his state are “sick and tired of the federal government,” Mr. Scott said. “They just see this unbelievable waste.”
