“I’ve been in San Francisco 32 years … I built my career there. I became who I am as a creative person there,” Mr. Sackett said. “So if you think of good business, good businessman, almost a legacy business in San Francisco … Think about all the people who have less resources than me, and there’s a lot of them out there … I’m trying to secure my error mask right now so that I can be here to help others. Because if I’m gone, if I tumble over this cliff and I lose my building and I lose my business, I’m not going to be any value to anybody. I want us all to work together to get the city back.”
