Why Trump Is Planning a Tucker Interview During the RNC Debates: Roger Simon

The Republican National Committee (RNC) is gearing up for the Republican debates. All the major candidates will be discussing their policies and their visions for the country—every major candidate, that is, except for the leading Republican candidate, former President Donald Trump. He announced other plans. Rather than sign the RNC pledge to support whoever they choose, and rather than debate, he’s going to do an interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson. And the interview will air at the same time as the Republican debates. Here to speak with us about this is Roger Simon.
