Anne Frank Center Opens

Thursday marked the grand opening of the Anne Frank Center USA in Lower Manhattan. The center, which is the American partner to the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, includes a permanent exhibit of the writings from Anne Frank’s diary.

Frank’s diary, which was first published in 1947, is the one of the most well read personal accounts of the Holocaust.
