They’re the brothers who handpick the best loins; they’re the brothers who oversee a 28-day, dry-aging process for their beef; and they’re the brothers who are opening another Empire Steak House location in Midtown this fall.

Bringing their experience from their family farm in Montenegro in Southeastern Europe, the Sinanaj brothers are opening their second location on 237 West 54th St.

The 4,850 square feet restaurant will hold 230 guests for lunch and dinner.

They will still serve their most popular dishes at the their new location—such as the USDA Certified Prime In-House Dry Aged Porterhouse Steak, USDA Certified Prime Rib Eye Steak, USDA Certified Prime Filet Mignon and Grilled Chilean Sea Bass.

The new restaurant will showcase modern décor in a classy, yet trendy, atmosphere.

“We are proud to continue our family’s legacy with the introduction of Empire Steak House on West 52nd Street,” said Jack Sinanaj, executive chef and co-owner. “Our culinary tradition and heritage is evident in our cuisine, which is sourced from the finest ingredients and superior prime beef.”

The first Empire Steak House is on 36 West 52nd St.
