The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a body found at Apple’s Cupertino headquarters on April 27, according to several reports.
Santa Clara Sheriff’s Office for Public Information’s correspondent Sergeant Urina was unavailable for comment, but several sources say she confirmed there was a body and that sheriffs are on the scene.
TMZ obtained the audio of a call to a 911 dispatcher around 8:38 a.m. saying there was a “possible suicide.”
The call says a female employee was involved in an argument and had suffered a head wound, possibly a gun involved, before being escorted out, TMZ said. Another segment from the call states a body was found in a conference room with a gun.
Updates will come as information becomes available.
