Jets star cornerback, Darrelle Revis, who suffered a mild concussion in Sunday’s 48–28 win over Buffalo, will play Sunday according to a report on the NFL’s website which cites ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Revis was injured in the fourth quarter Sunday while tackling Bills running back C.J. Spiller. While on the ground, Revis was accidentally kicked in the helmet by teammate Bart Scott.

The three-time All-Pro Revis is widely considered the best cornerback in the game and is essential to the Jets defense, which has been their calling card under Rex Ryan.

Revis, who has missed just three games in his five-plus years in the league, had an interception against Buffalo Sunday—one of the three on the day for the Jets.
