Russian Wedding Rumored to Have Cost $1 Billion, Most Expensive Ever

The son of Russian tycoon Mikhail Gutseriev, whose net worth is estimated at $6.2 billion, married over the weekend, with a lavish wedding touted by the Russian media as the “most expensive ever,” according to ABC News.

It appears that no expenses were spared for the wedding of Said Gutseriev, 28, and Khadija Uzhakhova, 20.

Wedding guests arrived at what looks like a welcome for royalty, complete with costumed courtiers, transported by a fleet of Bentleys.

Each guest was given a jewelry casket, and the walls and ceiling of the venue were completely covered in flowers.
