Will Ferrell Says He Now Supports Hillary Clinton, Not Bernie Sanders

Actor Will Ferrell has switched his support from Bernie Sanders to Hillary Clinton.

Back in September 2015, Ferrell was among the celebrities to announce support of Sanders, but he joined Bill Clinton in Nevada on Saturday to urge voters to vote for Hillary.

Ferrell had been on the list of Sanders’ celebrity supporters up until the weekend, but his name was removed at some point on Saturday afternoon, noted Politico.

Clinton’s campaign told CNN that Ferrell has also donated to her campaign.

He also plans on co-hosting a fundraiser for her in Los Angeles on Monday.

Sanders’ campaign hasn’t commented on the switch, while Ferrell himself has not explained the switch.
