San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin was carted off the field after taking a brutal hit.
Goodwin, in the second quarter, attempted to catch a pass from quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and was leveled by Los Angeles Rams safety Blake Countess.

In the hit, Goodwin appeared to be knocked out.
It appears that Goodwin may have ducked into the play.
