LIVE: Ukrainian President Zelensky Addresses US Congress

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will deliver a virtual address to members of both chambers of the U.S. Congress on March 16 amid the Russian invasion.

The speech will be livestreamed on The Epoch Times’ website, its sister media NTD’s website, and NTD Television.
