Trump in DC for Charges Related to Jan. 6

Former president Donald Trump is due to appear in a Washington, D.C., federal court on Thursday, Aug. 3, for an arraignment on conspiracy and witness tampering charges related to Jan. 6. This is the third active criminal case against the former president, who is also the current frontrunner for the 2024 Republican nomination.
