NTD Evening News (Aug. 14): Trump Responds to Looming Georgia Indictment; Democratic Rep. Says Hunter Biden Broke the Law

Georgia prosecutors are expected to file charges against former President Donald Trump soon. The grand jury began hearing from witnesses Monday, and filed, then rescinded, a key document. President Trump spoke out about the case online.

A top Democrat has acknowledged that Hunter Biden “did a lot of really unlawful and wrong things.” Rep. Jamie Raskin’s statement comes after the DOJ appointed a special counsel to investigate Mr. Biden.

A couple in Hawaii is suing four power companies for the historic Maui wildfires. So far, at least 96 people have died in the fires that have caused an estimated $6 billion worth of damage. Search and rescue continues.
