House Select Committee on CCP Holds Roundtable on CCP’s Threat to American Manufacturing

Chairman Mike Gallagher (R-Wis.), Ranking Member Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-Ill.), and Rep. Darin LaHood (R-Ill.) of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party host a roundtable event on the Chinese Communist Party’s threat to American manufacturing at 4:00 p.m. ET on Aug. 30 in Stoughton, Wisconsin.

Some of the manufacturers and other stakeholders in attendance will include:
Bob Wahlin – CEO of Stoughton Trailers
Steve Kramer – president of United Steelworkers, Local 9777

These leaders, alongside additional stakeholders and Select Committee members, will discuss the Chinese Communist Party’s past and ongoing
attempts to hollow out U.S. manufacturing centers, adding to the CCP’s track record of economic coercion, intimidation, and theft.
