Pennsylvania Resident Describes Encounter in His Home With Escaped Inmate

As Chester County’s manhunt for convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante—who escaped a prison in the county on Aug. 31—entered the 10th day on Sept. 9, Ryan Drummond, a resident of Pocopson Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, described in an interview with CNN an encounter in his own home with the convict the day before.
