Entertainment Attorney Simon Pulman of Pryor Cashman says the agreement reached to end the Hollywood writers’ strike was a big win for the picketers, with increases in basic compensation, protections around the use of AI in script writing, success-based payment schemes for hit productions, and minimum writer staffing levels for TV series, among other concessions.
