Trump Maintains Innocence, Accuses Democrats of Using Trial as ‘Election Interference’

Former President Donald Trump spoke to reporters in New York on Wednesday while a civil trial against him was in recess. After maintaining his innocence in the fraud case, the Republican Party’s presidential front-runner accused Democrats of “election interference,” and of using the fraud trial to “keep me nice and busy.”
