Rep. Miller: Woke Ideological Education in Schools ‘Sloughs Over History and Civics’

A House Ways and Means Committee hearing on “Educational Freedom and Opportunity for American Families, Students, and Workers” took place on Wednesday Morning. At the hearing, Rep. Carol Miller (R-W.Va.) asked Dr. Corey DeAngelis, a senior fellow at the American Federation for Children, about school choice as a means for parents to exercise more control over how their children are educated. She also excoriated the “radical woke ideology” she says is being taught in American public schools.
