Protesters Block San Francisco Bay Bridge, Demand Israel Cease-Fire

Protesters calling for a cease-fire in Gaza—and with many shouting anti-Israel slogans—shut down traffic over the Bay Bridge in San Francisco on Thursday.

Starting before 8 a.m., a large crowd shut down all of the lanes heading west from the San Francisco East Bay area to San Francisco, thus disrupting the morning commute.
