Gun Expert Explains Bump Stock, Machine Guns

New machine guns have been banned from the public in the 80s. But a device known as the bump stock enters the spotlight again, which supposedly replicates a machine gun effect. NTD’s David Lam speaks with security and firearms expert of 45 years Rick Vasquez who gives us insight on the bump stock. The Marine veteran also served as the acting chief with the Firearms Technology Branch of the ATF—Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
