White House: If House Does Not Approve Aid Bill, It ‘Sends a Strong Signal to the Whole World’

White House spokesman Adm. John Kirby said on Tuesday it “sends a strong signal to the whole world” if the House does not approve the Senate’s recently-passed spending bill, which includes more financial aid to Ukraine.

Mr. Kirby stressed to reporters at the press briefing in Washington the Biden administration’s policy of pushing for continued aid to the embattled former Soviet Republic in its fight against Russian forces.
