Video: Lost 5-Year-Old Girl Found Safe in Florida Swamp

Florida’s Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were able to find a five-year-old girl on Monday evening after she wandered into the woods. The HCSO sent a helicopter equipped with a thermal imaging camera to find the girl after she left home on foot and wandered into a wooded, swampy area.

Deputies on the helicopter guided ground units to the girl, and she was rescued by the deputies uninjured.
