Free Speech Advocates Rally at SCOTUS Building as Justices Hear Social Media Censorship Case

Children’s Health Defense held a “Rally to Reclaim Free Speech” at the U.S. Supreme Court building Monday as justices heard the Murthy v. Missouri case, which is questioning whether the federal government worked with social media companies to censor opinions and information.

Plaintiffs allege that the Biden administration coerced social media companies to de-platform or shadow-ban users and censor content. The case stems from actions concerning discussions about the COVID-19 virus, vaccines, and potential treatments.
