Trump: Hush Money Trial Gag Order ‘Totally Unconstitutional’

Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday lambasted a gag order imposed on him by Justice Juan Merchan as arguments were heard over whether he had violated it by posting on social media.

President Trump told reporters at a New York City courthouse that he believes the order is both “unfair” and “totally unconstitutional.” The trial was recessed at 2 p.m. in order to facilitate observation of the Passover holiday.
