Harris Says She’s ‘Filled With Gratitude’ Toward Biden in Acceptance Speech

Kicking off her acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention Thursday night in Chicago, Vice President Kamala Harris gave a nod to sitting President Joe Biden, who dropped out of the presidential race weeks ago, opening the top of the Democratic Party ticket to her.
