25 Percent Tariff for Imported Cars Not Assembled in US; Supreme Court Upholds Background Checks for ‘Ghost Guns’

A near-majority of the Supreme Court upheld a rule today requiring background checks for buyers of untraceable gun parts sold in kits. The Court ruled that once assembled, these so-called “ghost guns” are considered firearms.
