LIVE NOW: Texas Governor Delivers Remarks at Cow Creek Bridge Reopening Ceremony

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, Texas Department of Transport representatives, and other state and local officials are scheduled to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the reopening of Cow Creek Bridge in Marble Falls at 11 a.m. ET on Aug. 19. After the ceremony, the bridge will be officially open to the public.
