DOJ, RFK Jr. Announce Minnesota Fraud Enforcement Action

The U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota, and federal law enforcement officials hold a press conference at noon ET on May 21 to announce a “major law enforcement action involving fraud in Minnesota.”

Participants include Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Assistant Attorney General for the National Fraud Enforcement Division Colin McDonald, White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud Vice Chair Andrew Ferguson, FBI Co-Deputy Director Christopher Raia, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz, and U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen for the District of Minnesota.
