Rep. Perry Introduces 2 Bills Targeting Surrogacy Services for Foreign Nationals, Sex Offenders

Congressman Scott Perry (R-Pa.) hosts a press conference at the U.S. Capitol at 1 p.m. ET on June 4 to announce his introduction of two bills targeted at preventing and stopping child exploitation.

1) The “Protecting Kids from Creeps Act” imposes penalties against surrogacy agencies that enter into agreements with sex offenders.
2)The “Preventing International Surrogacy Exploitation Act” prohibits foreign nationals from obtaining a child through a U.S.-based surrogacy agency.
